Prior to establishing Mustang Capital Partners in 2003, Mr. Brophy worked as a venture capitalist, corporate development officer, investment banker, equity analyst, marketing director and entrepreneur. Over the course of his career, Mr. Brophy has closed complex corporate transactions and/or managed investments in the United States, Western and Eastern Europe, Asia, Mexico and the Caribbean

Before launching his business career, Parker spent time at NATO Headquarters, Place Schuman, Capitol Hill, the EEC and the Brookings Institution. Mr. Brophy is a graduate of Duke University and the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania. Parker is a US Army combat veteran. He is a former Board Member of the Colorado Venture Capital Association and Matrix Netsystems Inc. Mr. Brophy currently serves on several company Boards and as the Managing Member of various investment and operating companies.
